Perspectives from ISB

A child gives meaning to our life. One of the most valuable lessons that I have learnt from my six-year-old son Peramuthan is to be friends with everyone and don’t keep malice towards anyone in your heart. As adults, we often forget to follow that in our life. A small incident that I would like to mention here is when my ammu came home a little early from the playground and told me, ‘amma, I am not going to play with my friends again, they fight with me.’

The next evening he was all ready to go and play with his friends, forgetting the last evening’s incidents. Children are ready to welcome every day with new energy and forget the bitter conflicts of the past and become friends again.
